Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Coastal Glow Aesthetics and Wellness website or services.

 

A. Medical Disclaimer & No Doctor-Patient Relationship

The content on this website, including text, graphics, and images, is for informational purposes only. Accessing this site or communicating with Coastal Glow via email/SMS does not establish a formal doctor-patient relationship. A formal relationship is only established after a clinical consultation and the signing of a specific Treatment Consent Form.

 

B. Eligibility for Treatment
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to receive treatment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including medical contraindications that would make treatment unsafe.

 

C. Appointment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
  • Cancellations: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee of $50 or forfeiture of a deposit.
  • Refunds: Services rendered are non-refundable. For pre-paid packages, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to an administrative fee.
  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure the quality of care for subsequent patients.

 

D. Payments & HSA/FSA Usage

We accept various payment methods, including HSA/FSA. It is the patient’s sole responsibility to confirm with their plan administrator that aesthetics or wellness services (such as weight loss or IV therapy) are qualifying expenses. Coastal Glow is not liable for any tax penalties or denied claims.
